Thank you Andy for being understanding and patient with both me and our government. I am currently working part time, and thanks to our government I am forced by law to purchase insurance or else pay a penalty at tax time. You went out of your way to meet me at my home, explain my options and take care of all the paper work. Everything was great for a number of months until the government lost all of the paper work that you had properly submitted and I lost my insurance. S–OOO you patiently refiled all of my forms, got me better coverage at a lower rate and have asked for nothing for all of your extra effort. A Thank you is really not enough for what you have done.
